AYSO United Welcomes New Director of Coaching Conor Ward to the Team
TORRANCE, Calif. – March 3, 2020 – AYSO United is delighted to announce the hiring of Conor Ward as the new Director of Coaching for the AYSO United Pacific club location as well as the newly created position of Development Phase Leader.
Conor is a UEFA B Licensed coach with a degree in Coaching from the University of South Wales. Conor joins the AYSO United SoCal Director team and will also serve as the Development Phase Leader, supporting our high school age players in their pathway development after their club experience.
In addition to his role with AYSO United, Conor also works at Irvine Valley College as the College Assistant, where he supports the program through player recruitment, session design and operational support as well as a lead scout for Pro-Soccer Consulting, where he works with athletes looking to advance to the international professional level.

His connections with the college game and the professional pathway will be an invaluable asset to our AYSO United players.”
